Bruker Fluorescence Microscopy Solutions for Zebrafish Imaging
In this workshop, we will explore high-content screening and light-sheet microscopy for fish model systems such as zebrafish and medaka. Participants will be introduced to the underlying technologies, including optomechanical design principles and imaging applications of automated microscopy platforms and advanced light-sheet systems.
The workshop will be divided into two sessions. In the first part, we will showcase automated imaging and analysis of large numbers of live zebrafish, enabling efficient phenotypic screening and target identification, for example in drug discovery workflows.
In the second part, participants will learn about and use a light-sheet microscope to image live zebrafish embryos in three dimensions with high resolution while minimizing phototoxicity and sample damage.
Microscopes will be available on-site for live demonstrations and hands-on use.
By combining automated high-content screening with advanced volumetric imaging, participants will develop a comprehensive understanding of the strengths and limitations of each approach and gain a powerful toolkit for investigating complex biological processes in vivo.
Please join us to explore state-of-the-art imaging approaches for fish model systems and gain practical insights into high-content screening and light-sheet microscopy.
If you want to join the workshop please indicate accordingly during registration as spots are limited.
