1. What is included in the registration fee?
- Admission to all scientific sessions and exhibition
- Coffee/tea during breaks from Tuesday to Saturday
2. Payment modalities
Payment of registration fees, must be made in EURO through one of the following options:
- Credit Card: Mastercard, Visa
- Bank Transfer to the conference organisers’ bank account. The option to select bank transfer as your preferred payment method will only be available until June 29, 2026. After this day, only credit card payments are accepted.
Payments need to be made without charges to the beneficiary. Clearly state the registration number, payment order number and delegate’s name when processing the transaction. If these are not stated, the EZM office will return the money and you will need to transfer the amount again.
Important: The reduced and regular registration fees are only applicable if the respective fee has also been paid to the conference account before the according deadline.
3. I need an invoice for my registration fee. How do I get it?
Step 1: Registration is necessary
Access the Registration Form and follow the steps to register for the meeting. You will have the possiblity to enter an Invoice Address, different from your personal one (e.g. your university, institution, a company, etc) and a VAT number, if applicable. Please note: if you need to change your invoice address after you have completed the registration process and the invoice has been already issued, the conference organizer reserves the right to charge an additional fee due to the manual work attached to this process.
Step 2: Payment Step
Payment by credit card: Once the credit card payment has been processed, an invoice will be automatically generated as pdf and sent to you by email.
Payment by bank transfer: By choosing “Bank transfer” as means of payment, a so-called “Purchase Order” (P.O.) will be generated as pdf and sent to you by email. This purchase order is a very common document accepted as payment request by institutions all over the world. Once we have received the payment by bank transfer, an invoice will be automatically generated as pdf and sent to you by email.
Note that even if you chose “Bank transfer” initially, you may still come back and change the payment methods to credit card. In order to do so, please login into your registration profile and click on ,Pay’ under ,My Documents’ and choose ,Credit Card payment’ accordingly.
Please note that for tax reasons, it is not possible to issue an invoice before the registration and a payment have been received.
4. Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by email to the EZM 2026 organising office at ezm2026@wma.co.at. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted (incl. IBAN and BIC/SWIFT). The cancellation will not be effective until a written acknowledgement from the EZM 2026 registration department is received. The date of the email receipt will be the basis for considering refunds. Refunds will be made after the congress as follows:

| – May 1 – June 15, 2026: | 50% Refund |
| – after June 15, 2026: | No Refund |
In the case of over-payment or double payment, refund requests must be made in writing by email to the EZM 2026 organising office at ezm2026@wma.co.at. Refunds will only be made after the congress.
No refunds will be granted for unattended events or early termination of attendance, in case of cancellation of speakers, lack of space in the lecture room or any other incidents during the congress, which are beyond the control of the meeting organiser.
By registering to the EZM 2026 participants agree that neither the organising committee nor the organising office assume any liability whatsoever. The registration fee does not include insurance.
Cancellations made after the deadline (June 15, 2026) cannot be refunded for any reason. No exceptions to the refund policy can be made, including health or family issues. However, the organiser may accept substitute delegates.
5. Information on Lunch Bags
Lunch bags can be pre-ordered and paid online. There will be 4 different options for Lunch bags:
01 Option A basic – vegan/vegetarian – (Toast Sandwich Veggie, 1 pcs. whole fruit, 1 pcs. cereal bar)
02 Option A basic – meat – (Toast Sandwich Meat, 1 pcs. whole fruit, 1 pcs. cereal bar)
03 Option B plus – vegan/vegetarian – (Baguette Veggie, Salad, 1 pcs. whole fruit, 1 pcs. cereal bar)
04 Option B plus – meat – (Baguette Meat, Salad, 1 pcs. whole fruit, 1 pcs. cereal bar)
Pre-ordering lunch bags will be possible in the next weeks. You will then receive an email with the information and you can place your pre-order after re-log in !
Orders will not be refunded in case in-person attendance is not possible or lunch bags are not collected onsite.
Regular, vegan and special (=lactose free and gluten free) options were available for selection.
Please take care of your lunch vouchers on site. They will be printed together with your badge. If you lose them, we cannot hand them out again to you due to reasons of fraud. So please bring them with you on each according day and do not lose them.
The catering outlets / cash bar will offer the same food as in the lunch bags, as well as non-alcoholic drinks, coffee and tea, beer, wine and sparkling wine.
